Golden Hollon Adair

Mrs. Golden Hollon Adair, age 73, of Douglasville, passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at her residence. She was born January 30, 1937 in Anniston, AL, the daughter of the late Mr. John William Hollon and the late Mrs. Maude G. Prater Hollon. She was a homemaker and member of Clearview Baptist Church. She loved baseball, football, shopping and fishing. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her loving husband Emory Doyal Adair of Douglasville; daughters and sons-in-law, Debra Lynn Adair of Douglasville, Pamela and Wayne Roton of Douglasville, Shelly and Mike Baumstark of Villa Rica; sons and daughters-in-law, Randall and Denise Adair of Douglasville, Terry Dale Adair of Douglasville, Donald and Jennifer Adair of Bremen, William Joel and Dannielle of Carrollton; brother John William Hollon, Jr. of Millbrook, AL.; twenty five grandchildren; twenty five great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Clearview Baptist Church with Rev. Donnie Chandler and Rev. Michael Gilreath officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Wednesday, December 29, 2010 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Thursday, December 30, 2010 from 10:00 AM until 12:30 AM.
