Mr. Gorman Yule New, age 66, of Villa Rica passed away, Wednesday, August 8, 2018. He was born February 13, 1952 in Indianapolis, the son of the late Mr. Clarence New and the late Mrs. Thelma Hamm New. He worked for the Lafitte Mop Company for many years. He was an active member at Lifegate Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his, brothers, Mike Rudolph and Donnie New; sister, Delcie Broadstreet. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Clara and Bobby Ellis of Elizabethtown, KT; sister-in-law, Cindy Rudolph of FL.; nieces and nephews, Annette and Pete Roggow of Temple, Lisa and Dennis Owens of Aragon, David and Sandra Miller of Dallas, Donna Buxton, Debbie Cowles, and BJ Rudolph; great nieces and great nephews, Kiethen, Jordan, Kyle, Eric, Jacob, Tristan, and Brittany; great-great niece, Amelia Delcie; beloved dog, Sally. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Friday, August 10, 2018 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, August 10, 2018 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Ashmore officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
