Grace Groves

Mrs. Grace Carney Groves, age 79, of Temple, passed away Sunday, August 25, 2013. She was born July 21, 1934 in McCaysville, GA the daughter of the late Mr. Edgar Carney and the late Mrs. Maudie Clore Carney. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Temple.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Horace “Bud” Groves; brothers, Kenneth Carney and Wimp Carney; sister, Clairse Dillard. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Renee and Randy Bryant of Carrollton; two grandsons, Jeremy Bryant of Rocky Face and Justin Bryant of Carrollton.The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Tuesday, August 27, 2013 from 5: 00 PM until 9:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Boswell officiating.
