Gracie Ulonwa Otuwa

Miss Gracie Ulonwa Otuwa, 26, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Sunday, August 3, 2008. She was born February 28, 1982 in Lubbock, Texas the daughter of Emmanuel Otuwa and Christiana Otuwa. Gracie recently graduated from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton with a bachelors degree in business administration. She worked at Wellstar Douglas Hospital. She was very close to her family which she loved very much. She loved animals especially her beloved dog, Niche. She is survived by her parents, Emmanuel and Christiana Otuwa of Douglasville; sisters, Angel Otuwa and Maryann Otuwa both of Douglasville; brother, Otuwa Otuwa of Douglasville; paternal grandmother, Gracie Otuwa; maternal grandmother, Victoria Umezurike; several aunts, uncles and cousins including, Chinedum Igwe, Kingsley Umezurike, Israel Otuwa, Samson Otuwa, Christy Otuwa, Helen Otuwa, Ijeoma Otuwa, and Amadi Otuwa. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, August 9, 2008 at 11:00 AM from The Church at Chapel Hill with Pastor Mike McDaniel and Pastor Jamal Baker officiating. She will lie in state at the church from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Friday, August 8, 2008 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
