Gregory Keith Smith, Sr.

Gregory Keith Smith, Sr., 67, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025. He was born on December 7, 1957, the son of the late James P. Smith and the late Lucille Cohran Long.

Greg loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially his grandsons. He was of the Baptist faith and he was an active member of Gateway Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time with his son and grandsons. Greg also helped his church by cutting the grass and serving as a deacon. He was also a preacher.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Gene Bullock and Andre Bullock.

He is survived by his wife of forty seven years, Delinda Lynn Kimmons Smith; children, Traci (Shawn) Stephens of Whitesburg and Gregory “Keith” (Heather) Smith, Jr. of Grovetown, Georgia; sisters-in-law, Brenda Bullock of Villa Rica and Linda Bullock of Hiram; two grandchildren, William Denson and Levi Denson; several nieces and nephews.

In accordance with his wishes, he was cremated. The family will have a celebration of life service at a later date.
