Hall Eugene Starkey

Mr. Hall Eugene Starkey, age 84, of Villa Rica, GA, and previous resident of Indian Creek Run, Tyler City, WV, passed away, Tuesday, May 31, 2016. He was born January 4, 1932 the son of the late Mr. David Gail Starkey and the late Mrs. Mamie LeMasters Starkey. Mr. Starkey loved hunting, fishing, farming and woodworking. He loved to play golf. Mr. Starkey was of the Christian Faith. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Helen Fluharty Starkey of Villa Rica, GA; daughters and son-in-law, Debbie Davis of Arab, AL, Shelly and Steven Anderson of Villa Rica, GA; sons and daughters-in-law, Eugene and Melanie Starkey, Jr. of Barberton, OH., Dr. Gary L. and Susan Starkey of Chesapeake, VA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Lorn Dean and Betty Starkey of Jacksonburg, WV, Dewayne and Caroline Starkey of New Martinsville, WV; fifteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Friday, June 10, 2016 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Memorial Services will be conducted Friday, June 10, 2016 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home.
