Heather Denise-Kiehl Gamba Rieker

Heather Denise-Kiehl Gamba Rieker, 36, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on Friday, June 9, 2023. She was born on October 27, 1986 at the U.S. Air Force Academy Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is the daughter of George Anthony Rieker and Catherine Louise Pignatore Rieker.

Painting was Heather’s passion. She made a painting for the Douglas County Courthouse. Heather was very creative and artistic. She enjoyed family gatherings, and she loved her service dog, Finnegan. Heather loved singing; she was a choir member at the Colorado Springs Children’s Chorale. She was also a paralegal at Lerman Law Associates.

Heather is survived by her parents, George Anthony Rieker and Catherine Louise Pignatore Rieker; sisters, Shaina Orosco and her husband, Robert of Riverside, California, Jennifer Rieker of Jacksonville, Florida; half-brother, Matthew Kiehl.

In accordance with her wishes, Heather was cremated.
