Helen C. Morris

Mrs. Helen C. Morris, 85, of Lithia Springs, Georgia passed away Monday, September 1, 2008. She was born May 20, 1923 in Atlanta, Georgia the daughter of the late Claud T. Ridling and the late Louise Edwards Ridling. She was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Dallis Morris; son, Daniel T. Morris; brothers, James Ridling, Horace Ridling, and Eugene Ridling; sister, Betty Dudley and Ruby R. Fortner. She is survived by 1 grandchild; 2 great-grandchildren; 1 niece and 1 nephew. Graveside Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at 11:00 AM from the Dallas City Cemetery with Rev. Ken O. Hennessey officiating. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Tuesday, September 2, 2008 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
