Hiram Thomas Wynn

Mr. Hiram Thomas Wynn, 74 of Woodstock, GA, a native of Carroll County passed away, Friday, September 26, 2008 at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta following an extended illness. He was born December 13, 1933 in Carroll County, Georgia the son of the late Charles Wesley Wynn and the late Mary Lee Cantrell Wynn. He retired from Holox as a Cryogenic Tech. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by son, Thomas Michael Wynn, Grandson, Jeremy Noah Wynn and brothers, James Ray Wynn, Hershel Wynn, Roy Wynn; and sisters, Ruth Mayfield, Lucille Clowdis, and Inez Wynn. Survivors include his wife, Rhoda Lea Parker Wynn of Woodstock, daughter, Debra Eason of Villa Rica, sons and daughter-in-law Tony and Melissa Wynn of Carrollton; stepdaughter and son-in-law, Roxanne and James Smith of Canton; stepsons and daughters-in-law, Johnny Wright of Jasper, Wayne and Paula Wright of Ranger, Jimmy and Charlotte Wright of Ranger, Michael and Beth Wright of Fairmount, Greg Wright of Talking Rock; sister, Sara Nell Kidd of Carrollton and brother, Howard Wynn of Carrollton, a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, September 29, 2008 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Eugene Childers officiating and Rev. Thurston Buck Parker officiating. Musical selections will be rendered by Rev. Nathan and Pam Smith. Interment will follow at Melrose Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Villa Rica, Sunday, September 28, 2008 from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
