Hollis M. Green

Mr. Hollis Mac Green, age 87, of Temple passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Southern Traditions Nursing and Rehab in Buchanan. He was born February 19, 1924 in Haralson County, the son of the late Mr. George Green and the late Mrs. Stella Green. He worked for Yellow Dirt as a security guard for many years. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Malene Baxter Green and brother, Buna Green. He is survived by his daughter, Joyce Bozeman of Temple; one grandchild Michelle Bannon-Zenner and great-granchild Ben Bannon-Zenner both of Temple. Graveside Services will be conducted Thursday, May 12, 2011 at 4:00 PM at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens in Villa Rica with Rev. Tim Stephens officiating. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Thursday, May 12, 2011 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
