Hubert Dixon Gilstrap

Mr. Hubert Dixon Gilstrap Mr. Hubert Dixon Gilstrap, age 93, passed away Friday, October 8, 2010. He was born July 16, 1917 the son of the late Mr. Thomas F. Gilstrap and the late Mrs. Martha Bell Gilstrap. He worked for Fulton County Health for twenty five years. He was of the Baptist Faith and loved his family very much. He survived by his loving wife Ruby Mae Self Gilstrap of Douglasville; daughters and son-in-law, Carol Bakalis of Snellville, Ann and Harold LaTulippe of Douglasville; Joyce Stanley of Douglasville, Kathryn Stanley of Douglasville and twenty grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, October 10, 2010 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville with Rev. Harold Lowery officiating. Interment will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Park in Atlanta. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville Saturday, October 09, 2010 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
