Hugh Hubbard Harris

Mr. Hugh Hubbard Harris, age 85, of Winston, Georgia passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2020. He was born October 30, 1934 in Stephens County, Georgia, the son of the late George Hubbard Harris and the late Grace DeFoor Harris. Mr. Harris was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked as a supply attendant in airline logistics and retired from Delta Airlines, becoming a member of Delta Pioneers Retiree Club. Mr. Harris loved fishing, bowling, hunting and shooting. He enjoyed square dancing and traveling. He was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Gregory Alan Harris and his brother, George "Nelson" Harris. Mr. Harris is survived by his wife of over 63 years, Inez Jones Harris of Winston; daughters and son-in-law, Toni H. (Don) Aalgaard of Villa Rica and Jan Harris of Winston; grandsons, Brian H. Aalgaard of Winston and Keith M. Aalgaard of Villa Rica; and great-grandson, Gregory Aalgaard. According to his wishes, Mr. Harris will be cremated. No services are planned at this time.
