Inez Miller

Inez Imogene Sullivan Miller Inez Miller, age 80, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2011. She was born October 9, 1930, in Carroll County. She is the daughter of the late Mr. Emmett Edward Sullivan and the late Mrs. Velma I. Miller Sullivan. She worked for Cluette Peabody/Arrow Shirt Company for many years then worked for over 40 years at Crestview Nursing Home as the switchboard operator until the age of 75. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by four brothers, Savoy Sullivan, Terry Sullivan, Ellis Sullivan, R.D. Cole and four sisters, Elsie Franklin, Evelyn Ivey, Mary Bowen, and Marie Sullivan. She is survived by her loving family; sons and daughter-in-laws, Hulett Miller, “Junior” and Rebecca Miller of Douglasville, Randy and Karen Miller of Peachtree City; brothers Roy Sullivan of Heflin, AL and Ralph Sullivan of Panama City Beach, FL; four grandchildren and their spouses, Chad and Beccie Miller, Christy and Richard Bronosky, Randy Miller, Jr. and Kacie Miller; four great-grandchildren, Payton Miller, Mason Miller, Sophia Bronosky, and Ella Bronosky; Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 11:00 AM the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville with Rev. John Sullivan officiating. Interment will follow at Abilene Cemetery in Carrollton, GA. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Chad Miller, Richard Bronosky, Randy Miller, Jr., Patrick Sullivan, Michael Cumbee, Terry Sullivan and Sammy Sullivan. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Friday, July 29, 2011, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
