Inez Phillips

Mrs. Inez Norris Phillips, age 88, of Villa Rica, passed away November 30, 2013. She was born February 8, 1925 in Villa Rica, GA the daughter of the late Mr. Avery G. Norris and the late Mrs. Pearley Williams Norris. Mrs. Phillips was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Burnett Edward Phillips; son, Larry Edward Phillips; brothers, Clyde Norris, Clarence Norris, Harold Norris; sisters, Mattie Bivins, Myrtice Strickland, Eunice Ralston, Ruth Grisley. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Sheila Phillips of Villa Rica; sister, JoAnn Ramsey of Birmingham; brother, James Norris of Smyrna; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Monday, December 2, 2013 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Powers.
