Jack D. Swann

Mr. Jack David Swann, 82, of Douglasville, Georgia formerly of Rockmart passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at Powder Springs Nursing and Rehab. He was born December 13, 1925 in Rockmart, Georgia the son of the late Mr. Wiley Swann and the late Mrs. Bertie Mabry Swann. He served in the U.S. Army during Korean War and was of the Baptist Faith. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Elvin and Frances Swann of Powder Springs; several nieces and nephews. Graveside Services will be conducted Friday, March 7, 2008 at 3:00 PM from Aragon Memorial Cemetery in Aragon, Georgia with Rev. Dewayne Swann officiating. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Friday, March 7, 2008 from 11:00 AM until 1:30 PM.
