Jacqueline Jones

Mrs. Jacqueline “Jackie” Fay Jones, age 69, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013. She was born February 14, 1944 in Covington, Kentucky the daughter of the late Mr. Thomas Clayton Pelly and the late Mrs. Ruth Fay Brownfield Pelly. She married James Jones on November 24, 1964 in Orlando, Florida. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, James Jones of Douglasville; three sons and daughters-in-law, David and Jennifer Murphy of Bithlo, Florida, Danny and Kim Murphy of Cleveland, Georgia, and Ernie and Angella Jones of Dallas, Georgia; brother, Thomas Clayton Pelly, Jr. of Orlando, Florida; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be conducted Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville.
