James Albert Sweeting, Sr.

Mr. James Albert Sweeting, Sr., 36, of Lithia Springs, Georgia passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2008. He was born March 28, 1971 in Miami, FL the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles and Ruby Sweeting. He worked as a Heating and Air Technician for United Maintenance of Doraville. He enjoyed fishing and traveling. Survivors include his significant other, Stacie Powell; four sons, James Albert Sweeting, Jr., Jonathan Charles Sweeting, Matthew Lee Sweeting, and Justin Michael Sweeting; parents, Charles and Ruby Hembree Sweeting of Portland, Tennessee; two brothers and sister-in-law, Richard and Barbara Sweeting of Tunnel Hill and Arthur “Art” Sweeting of Nashville, TN; several aunts, uncles, cousins; 1 niece and 5 nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, February 24, 2008 at 2:00 PM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Saturday, February 23, 2008 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
