James Cotter

Mr. James Cotter, age 83, of Temple, passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2012. He was born April 9, 1929 in Boisd’are, Missouri the son of the late Mr. Homer Glen Cotter and the late Mrs. Margaret Susan Collins Cotter. He was retired from the United States Navy and served in the Secret Services. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Luna. He is survived by his wife, Janice Monroe Cotter of Temple; step daughter and son-in-law, Sonya and Tim Clark of Carrollton; sister, Shirley Danielson of Springfield, Missouri; brother, Arvil Cotter of Springfield, Missouri; five step-grandchildren, Kyle Perry, Blake Perry, Destiny Clark, Haleigh Clark, and Kinslee Clark. Graveside Services will be conducted Monday, November 5, 2012 at 2:00 PM from the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton with Military Honors.
