James David Eason

James "Red" David Eason, 73 of Carrollton, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2024. He was born on July 24, 1951, the son of the late Harry Davis and the late Nettie Eason.

Red was a faithful member of Villa Rica Church of God, and he worked as a woodworker for many years. In his spare time, his hobbies included fishing and doing yardwork. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons, Michael Robert Rinehart and Mack Daniel Rinehart; brother Danny Davis.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth R. Eason; sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Larry Weldon; grandchildren, Vince Rinehart, Cody Rinehart, Tiffany Rinehart, Brittany Rinehart, Deven Rinehart; great-grandchildren, Kendyl, Maci, Tate; several nieces and nephews also survive. 

The family will hold a memorial service on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 11:00AM at Villa Rica Church of God with Bro. Jerald Eaves officiating.
