James Evers

Mr. James Douglas Evers, age 53, of Villa Rica, passed away, Friday, September 26, 2014. He was born January 26, 1961 in Muskegon, Michigan the son of Mr. Richard Lawrence Evers and Mrs. Mary Lou Dornbush Evers. He worked for CKS Packaging Company. He is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Nathan and Shannon Evers of Temple, Nick Evers of Villa Rica; sister, Joyce Dornbush of Carrollton; brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard Evers of Carrollton, Herbert Johnston of Carrollton, Donald and Melissa Johnston of Carrollton, Dennis Johnston of Carrollton, Damon and Anitra Johnston of Newton, KS; two grandchildren, Kera and Anthony Evers; nieces, Bonnie And Russell Wells of Carrollton, Amanda Evers of Carrollton, Tiffany Johnston of Carrollton; nephews, Ethan Evers of Bowdon and Dustin Johnston of Carrollton. The family will receive friends from Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Tuesday, September 30, 2014 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Minister John Latimer officiating. Mr. Evers will be cremated following the service. Memorial Services will be conducted Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 1:00 PM from the Southern Hills Christian Church, 1103 North Highway 113, Carrollton, Georgia.
