Mr. James Paul “Spanky” McWilliams, age 43, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Saturday, March 12, 2016. He was born October 13, 1972 in Canton, Georgia. He is survived by his loving mother, Cathy Louise Perry McWilliams of Villa Rica; sisters, Misty Harper of Carrollton and Telina DeClue; aunt, Donna Klingler; uncle, Michael Perry. According to his wishes, the body was cremated. A private family memorial service will be planned at a later time by the family.
