Mr. James Allen Omalacy, age 49, of Carrollton, passed away, Friday, November 27, 2015. He was born June 14, 1966 in Fort McPherson the son of the late Mr. Anthony Omalacy, Jr. and Mrs. Barbara Lee Siniard Omalacy. Mr. Omalacy was a graduate of McEachern High School in Powder Springs and attended Kennesaw State University for 3 years. He worked as a manager for Winn-Dixie for many years. He loved reading, cooking, going on trips with the family to the beach and mountains. He was a âgentle giantâ that everyone could depend on. He is survived by his wife, Tammy Darlene Omalacy of Carrollton; brother and sister-in-law, Anthony and Marcy Omalacy of Carrollton; nephews, Wade âlittle buddyâ Omalacy of Carrollton, Corey Ridinger of Madison, AL; nieces, Jesey Oldham of Carrollton, Jamie Lee Omalacy of Dallas; Aunts and Uncles, Ray Omalacy of Greensboro, PA, Marcy Omalacy Foster of Scottsdale, PA, Randy and Becky Siniard of Temple, Faye and Joe Phillips of Dothan, AL, Rachel and Hermis Posey of Buena Vista; numerous special extended family members also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Monday, November 30, 2015 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens in Villa Rica.
