James Thomas Taylor

James Thomas Taylor, age 89, of Douglasville, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2022. He was born April 21, 1933 son of the late Mr. James Ira Taylor and the late Mrs. Mary Louise Kitchens Taylor. Mr. Taylor was a Korean War Veteran and a proud Marine. He had a love for hunting and fishing. He dearly loved his family especially his grandbabies and great grandbabies.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sons, Ronnie Taylor, Bill Taylor; brothers, William Taylor, Willard Taylor; sisters, Mary Lou Buffington, Kathleen Northey, Genevive Croy.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Ann Taylor; grandchildren, William Taylor and Nicole Taylor; great grandchildren, Lindsay, Lexi, Brianna, Kaylee and Abi; and several nieces.

The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville on Sunday, December 11, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
