Jane Elizabeth Hess

Mrs. Jane Elizabeth Hess, age 83, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Saturday, February 23, 2008 at her residence. She was born November 4, 1924 in Bauer, Iowa the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Phillip and Laura Ripperger. She was of the Catholic Faith and worked at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa in the food service area as a cashier. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Jacquelin and Joseph Griel of Flagstaff, AZ, Pamela and Mike Miller of Des Moines, Iowa and Rebecca Lynn Dexter of Des Moines; son, Ronald Graves of Lithia Springs, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Keith and Rita Ripperger of Lacona, Iowa and Marcel Ripperger of Naples, FL; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Wednesday, February 27, 2008 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
