Mrs. Janet M. DeLoriea, age 68, of Douglasville passed away Sunday, September 11, 2011 at her residence. She was born November 18, 1942 in Trenton, N.J., the daughter of the late Mr. George F. Curley and the late Mrs. Cora M. Worthington Curley. She retired from Ryder Systems after many years. She attended County Line Baptist Church and enjoyed painting and dancing. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Edward “Eddie” DeLoriea; daughter, Tracey Dee Reed; brothers, George Curley, Jr., William Curley; sisters, Maryann Sanderson, Mary Dunfee. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, William “Bill” and Elaine Reed, Jr. of Douglasville, Ricci and Kim DeLoriea of Virginia, Andrew “Andy” and Arlynne DeLoriea of South Glen Falls, New York; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Luis Arango of Albany; nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial Service will be conducted Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 7:00 PM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville with Rev. Jerry Adair officiating. Inurnment and Graveside Service will be held October 1, 2011 at 2:30 PM at Fernwood Cemetery in Jamesburg, N.J. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Thursday, September 15, 2011 from 4:30 PM until 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family from www.jones-wynn.com. Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Inc., Cremation Services and Memorial Gardens of Douglasville in charge of arrangements.
