Janet Elizabeth Tatem

Janet Elizabeth Tatem, age 63, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on January 31, 2022. She was a beautiful person inside and out, who left her family shocked and devastated by her loss. She was born on August 24, 1958, in Feltham, Middlesex England to the late Mr. John Cronk Sr. and the late Mrs. Marjoria Cronk. Mrs. Tatem worked as a para-pro for the Clayton County Schools. She was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Douglas Richard Tatem of Douglasville; daughter Crystal and husband Alexander Hewett of Douglasville; son, Christopher Tatem of Douglasville; brother, John and wifeLinda Cronk of England; grand-children Abagail, Bailey, and Matthew; nephew Jeff Tatem of Paulding; Timothy Tatem of McDonough; mother in-law, Beverly Tatem of McDonough; sister in-law Karen Tatem of McDonough; brother in-law Dave Tatem of McDonough; sister-in-law Tammy Smith and husband David Smith of Jackson; brother in-law Kevin Tatem of Forest Park; several great nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be Friday, February 4, 2022 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Latter-Day Saints, 3027 Chapel Hill Rd, Douglasville, Georgia. The family will receive friends at 11:00 AM at the church, before the service. Interment will be at Mozley Memorial Gardens.
