Janet Jeanne OcchipintiMrs. Janet Jeanne Occhipinti, age 63, of Temple passed away Sunday, October 2, 2011 at her residence. She was born March 7, 1948 in Jersey City, NJ the daughter of the late Mr. Edward Pankiewicz and the late Mrs. Regina Jermaine Lewandowski Pankiewicz. She worked at Sand Hill Elementary in food services for the last ten years. She loved gardening, traveling to the beach and was a big tennis fan.She is survived by her husband George J. Occhipinti of Temple; daughters and sons-in-law, Carrie Petroski- Ducker and Mark Ducker of Cartersville, Christy and Matthew Campbell of Kennesaw, Alyssa Occhipinti of Temple; brothers and sister-in-law, Edward and Mary Beth Pankiewicz of Lake Charles, LA, Michael Pankiewicz of Carteret, NJ; three grandchildren, Stacy Petroski, Jacob Petroski, and Cori Campbell. Memorial Gathering for family and friends will be conducted Wednesday, October 5, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica.
