Mrs. Janis Annette Rush Johns, 60, of Temple, Georgia passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2013 at her residence. She was born February 21, 1953 in Villa Rica, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. Cecil Allen Rush and the late Mrs. Elizabeth Stephens Taylor. She retired from the Nassau County Board of Education in Florida. She is survived by her husband, James Perry Johns, Jr. of Temple; daughters, Hope Butler of Jacksonville, FL and Ginger Bland of Douglasville, GA; son, Jake Daley of Jacksonville, FL; sisters, Diane Ginnetto of Hilliard, FL and Judy Greer of Bremen, GA; brother, Bill Rush of Temple, GA; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Saturday, December 28, 2013 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Rev. Danny Moody officiating.
