January Alicia Alexander

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of January Alicia Alexander, who passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 50.

Born in Cobb County, Georgia, Jan was the beloved daughter of Howard and Chun Alexander. Throughout her life, she was known for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family and friends. One of the first things people noticed about Jan was her beautiful smile. She had a remarkable ability to brighten a room and make others feel welcomed.

Jan built a career as a real estate agent, where she loved connecting with people and helping families find a place to call home. Outside of work, she found joy in exploring walking trails, collecting beautiful purses, and proudly supporting Texas A&M University, a passion that grew from the immense pride she had in her son and his accomplishments.

Those who knew Jan will remember her generous, joyful, and thoughtful spirit. She had a special gift for making people feel loved and valued, and she never hesitated to go out of her way for the people she cared about.

Above all, Jan’s greatest joy was her family. She is lovingly survived by her only son, Christian Alexander, and his wife, Mariah.

She is also survived by her siblings, Samantha Chang (and her husband, Ly and their children, Oliver and Owen), Fredrick Alexander (and his wife, Amanda), and Daniele Haynes (and her husband, Jeff, and their daughters, Nya and Ava).

She was also cherished by her extended family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by her kindness and generous spirit.

Although our hearts are broken by this loss, we are grateful for the love, laughter, and memories Jan shared with everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her radiant smile, caring heart, and unwavering love for her family remain her enduring legacy. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
