Jay McClellan

Mr. Jay Lamar McClellan, age 46, of Temple, passed away January 23, 2019. He was born January 15, 1973 in Georgetown, SC, the son of Mr. Terry Lamar McClellan and Mrs. Elsie Collins McClellan. Mr. McClellan was an avid Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs fan. He loved fishing and NASCAR. Mr. McClellan was preceded in death by his brother, Donnie Kevin McClellan.He is survived by his father, Terry Lamar McClellan of Georgetown, SC; mother, Elsie Collins Jones of Temple; sister, Tammy Jane McClellan Wix of Temple; brother, Andrew Scott McClellan of Georgetown, SC; grandmother, Carretta McClellan of Georgetown, SC; nieces and nephews, Kirsten McClellan, Andrew McClellan, Evan McClelland, Kelsie Elam, Madison Elam, Donnie Tyler McClellan, and Cameron Lamar McClellan; several aunts, uncles, and extended family also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Monday, January 28, 2019 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, January 28, 2019 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. John George officiating.
