Jeannette Myles

Mrs. Jeannette B. Powers Myles, age 70, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Wellstar Tranquility Hospice following an extended illness. She was born September 5, 1942 in Washington D.C. the daughter of the late Mr. Bernard F. Powers and the late Mrs. Wilda Barth Powers. She was a homemaker and a member of Ephesus Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter, Marie Williams. She is survived by her husband, Richard A. Myles of Douglasville; daughters and son-in-law, Karen and Eddie Cochran of Villa Rica; and Valerie Daley of Jenison, Michigan; brother, Bernard Powers of Locus Grove; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel Saturday, July 20, 2013 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Dr. Billy Godwin officiating.
