Jerry Phillips

Mr. Jerry Davis Phillips, age 68, of Leeshurs, Alabama passed Saturday, February 20, 2010. He was born March 31, 1941 in Villa Rica, Georgia son of the late Clifton Elige Phillips and the late Sara Inez Davis Phillips. He was a district manager for at Information International where he worked in computers for 20 years. He is survived by his wife Linda Osburn, daughter and son-in-law Meshan and Jason Williams of Tallapoosa; Sons and daughters-in-law, Gerald David and Marilyn Phillips of McDonough, and Frank Sam and Tena Phillips of Temple; Sisters and brothers-in-law, Nell and Louie Waller of Douglasville, Janet Claire and Greg Christian of Rome, Teresa and Michael Hitchcock of Griffin, Delores Ann and William Lee Hodgens of Snellville, and Phyllis Jo Scarborough of Savannah; Brothers and sisters-in-laws, Van and Terri Phillips of Villa Rica, Michael and Virsinsa Phillips of Villa Rica and Don Phillips of Forsyth; 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephew. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Rev. David Marshall and Dr. J. Howard Mills officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, February22, 2010 from 5:00PM until 8:00 PM.
