Mr. Jerry Wayne Allen, age 63, of formerly of Douglas County, Georgia, passed away Monday, December 30, 2019. He was born March 28, 1956 in Douglasville, Georgia, the son of the late Mr. Arthur E. Allen and the late Mrs. Thelma Lumpkin Allen. He worked as a teacher for Douglas County Schools.
