Jesse William Barton

Mr. Jesse William Barton, age 48 of Lithia Springs, Georgia passed away Friday, July 16, 2021. He was born February 15, 1973 in Austell, Georgia, to the late Mr. John Calvin Barton, Sr. and the late Mrs. Wilma Jean Glass Barton. Mr. Barton worked for Austell Gas as a gas line locator for many years. He loved dirt track racing, especially watching his nephew, Landon Bagby, race. Mr. Barton was of the Christian faith. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, James A. Barton. Mr. Barton is survived by his wife of 27 years, Brandy Barton of Lithia Springs, Georgia; daughters and son-in-law, Lindsey and Robert Bolling of Dallas, Georgia, Whitney Barton of Lithia Springs, Georgia; sisters and brothers-in-laws, Janet and Randy Mount of Scottsboro, Alabama, Jean Ann and Tim Agan of Bowdon, Georgia; grandson, Tatum Bolling; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville Monday, July 19, 2021 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville with Rev. Terry Marbut officiating.
