Jessica Shelene Lowe

Jessica Shelene Lowe, 47, of Bremen, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025. She was born on February 20, 1978, the daughter of the late William Alfred Watkins, Sr. and the late Debbie Diane Watkins Pattillo.

Jessica cherished her loved ones, especially her grandchildren. She brought joy and laughter into the lives of those around her through her kindness and vibrant spirit. For many years, Jessica dedicated herself to serving others as a home health caregiver. Her compassionate heart made a lasting impact on many families. Jessica found great joy in coloring and creating crafts, activities that allowed her to express her creativity and share meaningful moments with family and friends. She also had a deep appreciation for music, particularly enjoying the sounds of old country and classic rock.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Chad Booth.

She is survived by her children, Austin Bragg of Dallas, Ashley Bissell (Stephen) of Dallas, Jessie Bragg of Bremen; sisters, Gina Sneddon and Amanda Watkins of Temple; brothers, William Watkins, Jr. (Tessa) and Michael Watkins all of Temple; five grandchildren, LeighAnna Bissell, Addilynn Bissell, Tristan Rowan, Rainey Bissell, and Gracelyn Rowan; special friend, Brett Russell of Bremen; special daughter, Kayla Davenport of Tallapoosa and special son, Tanner Leulay of Dallas; numerous nieces and nephews.

In accordance with her wishes, she was cremated. The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.

Jessica's warmth and generosity will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love, creativity, and compassion will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
