Jim Arthur Driver

Jim Arthur Driver, 54, of Villa Rica, passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2025. He was born on September 7, 1970, the son of Jerry and Melba Driver.

He was a well-respected builder who throughout his career, worked alongside his father, Jerry. Together they contributed their skills to Habitat for Humanity, where they played a role in helping to provide homes for those in need. Jim had a passion for the outdoors and he found great joy in fishing

He was preceded in death by his son Jamie Driver and grandchild Jude; grandmother Beatrice Smallwood; nephew Justin McKinstry; and niece Niki Born.

In addition to his parents, Jerry and Melba Driver, he is survived by his daughters, Jessica Driver of Villa Rica and Jana Driver of Carrollton; sisters, Kathy Reeme (John) of Bremen, Terri Driver, and Andrea Driver both of Villa Rica; grandchildren, Trystan, Skyla, Kayllum, Addie, Lily-Mae, Oakley, Tatum, Stetsyn, Jamie, Emma, Ella, and Elynn; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel with a memorial service following at 2:00 PM.

Jim's legacy will continue through the lives he touched both personally and professionally.
