Mr. Jimmie Wayne Taylor, age 61, of Villa Rica, passed away, Tuesday, July 28, 2015 from a brief illness, surrounded by his love ones. He was born May 25, 1954 in Hart County, KY the son of the late Mr. Roscoe Taylor and Mrs. Laura Dorsey Taylor. He worked as an over the road truck driver for forty years, semi-retired working part time for Ryder Trucking Company.In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his uncle, Nobel Dorsey; brother-in-law, Larry “Sam” Winton Nalley; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Imogene Otwell Nalley and Winton Nalley.He is survived by his wife, Jane Nalley Taylor of Villa Rica; daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Robert Stafford of Temple; son, Joshua Taylor of Villa Rica; mother, Laura Dorsey Taylor of Louisville, KY; sisters and brother-in-law, Linda and Sonny Martin of New Albany, IN, Monlesle Dues of Louisville, KY; three grandchildren, Rainey Taylor of Villa Rica, Makhala Stafford of Temple, and Kendall Stafford of Temple; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Earl and Sherri Nalley of Villa Rica, Craig and Verra Garner of Villa Rica, Aubrey and Dianne Jordan of AL, Jeff and Susan Glenn of Temple; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Thursday, July 30, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, July 30, 2015 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Kevin Roddy officiating. Interment will follow in Meadowbrook Memory Gardens.
