Jimmy Ray Bowe

Jimmy Ray Bowe, 67, of Villa Rica, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. He was born on September 6, 1957, the son of the late Mildred Bowe Akins.

Jimmy was a US Marines veteran. He loved to spend time with his family and friends. His hobbies included hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife Wand Kay Porter Bowe; children, Amy Bowe of Lake Worth, Florida, Shawn Bowe, Matthew Bowe and Christopher (Allie) Bowe of Villa Rica; sister, Pamela Nebel of South Carolina, Patricia Dudley of Virginia; 2 nephews, Brock Salter of Sugar Hill, Brandon Beasley of Bowdon; niece, Jennifer Deming of Villa Rica; mother-in-law, Joy Porter of Mableton; special friend Cathy Crowe of Mableton; sisters-in-law, Judy Beasley of Villa Rica and Rhonda Salter of Sugarhill.

In accordance with his wishes, he was cremated. The family will have a private celebration of life at a later date.
