Jimmy Lawrence Robles

Mr. Jimmy Lawrence Robles, 62, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at his residence. He was born December 7, 1945 in Hayward, California the son of the late Mr. Lorenzo Robles and the late Mrs. Nellie Grace Slay Robles. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He married Nona Ann Green on September 22, 1974 in Marietta. He worked as a grocery manager. He was avid reader and enjoyed music. Mr. Robles attended LifePoint Ministries Church in Douglasville. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Nona Ann Green Robles of Douglasville; his daughter and son-in-law, Melissa Ann and David Pounds of Sparks, GA; his sons, Stephen Nathanial Robles of Douglasville and Jonathan Lee Robles of Sparks; brother, Daniel Raymond Robles of Douglasville; 1 grandson, Tristan Allen Pounds. Memorial Services will be conducted Saturday, November 8, 2008 at 11:00 AM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mr. Jimmy L.
