Mrs. Jodi Yvonne Allgood, age 52 of Bremen, Georgia passed away Saturday, April 18, 2020. She was born May 13, 1967 in Carlinville, Illinois, the daughter of Mr. George E. Ormiston and Mrs. Sherry Combes Bond. Mrs. Allgood was a teacher in the Haralson County School System. She loved being a teacher. She enjoyed playing bingo, cards and staying connected with her friends on Facebook. Mrs. Allgood was a member of Temple United Methodist Church. Mrs. Allgood is survived by her husband of 31 years Mr. William Dennis Allgood of Bremen, Georgia; sons, William Brandon Allgood of Atlanta, Georgia, Samuel Pierce Allgood of Wedowee, Alabama; parents, George Ormiston and Sherry Bond of Douglasville, Georgia; sisters, Amie Willis of Villa Rica, Georgia, Raquel Melton of Birmingham, Alabama; brothers and sister-in-law, Jeremy and Monica Ormiston of Guntersville, Alabama, Marc Ormiston of Athens, Georgia; grandmother, Sally Ormiston of Katy, Texas; several nieces and nephews also survive. We are still providing services to our families based on CDC Covid-19 guidelines. Private Graveside services will be conducted at Asbury Cemetery with Rev. Marc Dwiggins officiating.
