John Kevin Bires

J. Kevin Bires, 44, passed away on December 13, 2023, at his home. He was born on November 14, 1979, in Lithia Springs, Georgia to Mr. John Earl Bires and Mrs. Juanita Elaine Bires.

Kevin's life was marked by his dedication, knowledge, and his warm-hearted nature. Kevin completed two associates degrees and pursued his career as a medical assistant. He devoted himself to helping others and making a positive impact in the field of healthcare. Beyond his professional achievements, Kevin will be remembered for the qualities that defined him as an individual. He was open-hearted and had a loving nature - his friends and family can attest to his fun-loving spirit.

One of Kevin's passions was his family. He held deep values of love - and enjoyed spending time with family. Kevin also found peace in many hobbies and interests that brought him happiness. He had a green thumb when it came to raising chickens and took great pride in tending to them with care. Additionally, he adored his dogs - Dixie, Lee, and Rose. Kevin had an affinity for fishing as well - and his love for the countryside extended beyond this hobby; it became a way of life for him. He embraced the simplicity and beauty of rural living wholeheartedly.

Sports also played a significant role in Kevin's life. He held a special place in his heart for the Georgia Dawgs and Michigan State.

Kevin is survived by his loving parents, Mr. John Earl Bires and Mrs. Juanita Elaine Bires; sister, Christina and her husband, Jonathan "Jay" Awtrey. He was an adored son, brother, and friend.

According to Kevin's wishes, he was cremated.
