John Boyd Jones, II

Mr. John "Johnny" Boyd Jones, II age 49 of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Saturday, January 4, 2020. He was born October 14, 1970 in East Point, Georgia, the son of the late Mr. Robert Boyd Jones and Mrs. Sharon Hoefler Jones. Mr. Jones loved animals, the outdoors, walking, and fishing. He helped take care of him Mom, was always very giving and generous, and never met a stranger. Mr. Jones loved his family and friends. Mr. Jones is survived by his mother, Sharon Hoefler Jones of Douglasville, Georgia; daughter, Morgan Jones of Temple, Georgia; son, Jeremy Jones of Decatur, Georgia; sister, Whitney Jones of Douglasville, Georgia; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Danielle Jones of Douglasville, Georgia; niece, Lillan Jones; nephew, Avery Jones The family will receive friends at Midway United Methodist Church in Douglasville from 4:00 PM until 5:00 PM. A Memorial Service will be conducted Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 5:00 PM from Midway United Methodist Church in Douglasville with Dr. Sam Newman officiating.
