John Charles Berry

Mr. John Charles Berry, 51, of Lithia Springs, Georgia passed away December 2, 2007. He was born August 1, 1956 in Rochester, MN the son of the late Mr. David Charles Berry and the late Mrs. Lucy Ann Rathbun Berry. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked as a security guard for AIM Security. He is survived by one daughter, Heather Leann Berry of Lithia Springs; one son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Kimberly McElroy of Temple; sister, Connie Lynn Smith of Springfield, OR; brothers, David Randolph Berry of Conway, SC and Layton Ray Berry of Lafayette, CA; grandchildren, Zachary, Kaitlyn, and Kirsten; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, December 10, 2007 at 7:00 PM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home. Interment and Graveside Service will be Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at 1:00 PM from the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia with military honors by the U.S. Navy Honor Guard. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Monday, December 10, 2007 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
