John McGinnis

John Edwin McGinnis Mr. John Edwin McGinnis, age 86, of Bremen passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at his residence. He was born October 17, 1924 in Dunwoody the son of the late Mr. Walt McGinnis and the late Mattie Hester McGinnis. He worked for Beaver Ranch, Black Angus Cattle Farm as a caretaker and maintenance. He is survived by his wife Mary Elizabeth Pittman McGinnis of Bremen; daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Jimmy Thompson of Bremen; eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral Service will be conducted Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Rev. Jamie Dingler and Rev. Brian Hosmer officiating. Interment will follow at Crossroads Primitive Church Cemetery in Roswell. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica Thursday, August 25, 2011 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Friday, August 26, 2011 from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM and Saturday, August 27, 2011 from 9:00 AM until the funeral hour.
