Mr. John Shanklin Frazier, age 78 of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Thursday, August 5, 2010 at Wellstar Douglas Hospital in Douglasville. He was born December 5, 1931 in Kingsport, TN, the son of the late Mr. Logan Frazier and the late Mrs. Ollie Estelle Brickey Frazier. He was a veteran of the Untied States Army. He was a graduate of East Tennessee University with a BA in Accounting. He was an Accountant /Auditor for the Department of Energy for 22 years. He loved golfing and fishing. He is survived by his loving wife, Madalyn Frazier of Douglasville; daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Ralph Banks of Tuscaloosa, AL, Patricia and John Myers of Kingsport, TN; sons and daughters-in-law, Jonathan and Rachel Frazier of Douglasville, GA, David and Lillian Frazier of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren, Holly, Daniel, John, Kyla, Annaliese, Jeremiah, Madeline, Elizabeth, Michaela, Olivia, Jessica, Christina, Patricia; great-grandchildren, Jairus, and Thomas. The family will receive friends Saturday, August 7, 2010 at the Faith Bible Fellowship, 145 Iroquois Road, Oak Ridge, TN. (865)-482-5119 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
