Mr. Johnnie Brent Evans, Sr.Mr. Johnnie Brent Evans, Sr., age 96 of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2019. He was born December 4, 1922, the son of the late Mr. Johnnie Fleet Evans and the late Mrs. Bessie Brent Evans. Mr. Evans was a WWII Navy Veteran. He was a Mason for more than 60 years. He worked in the printing industry for many years. He loved outdoors, working in the yard, and hunting.He is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Johnnie Brent and Debbie Evans Jr of Douglasville, Georgia, James Henry and Marcia Evans of Douglasville, Georgia; sister, Linda Jane Rawls of Louisiana; brother, Larry Evans of Louisiana; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville Friday, May 10, 2019 from 9:30 AM until 11:30 AM. Graveside services will be conducted Friday, May 10, 2019 at 12:00 PM from Sunrise Memorial Gardens with Ryan Richardson and Kristen Richardson officiating.
