Mr. Jonathan Jason Bice, age 41, of Dallas, passed away Monday, March 18, 2019. He was born January 28, 1978, in Carrollton the son of the late Mr. Rev. Jay Leonard Bice and Mrs. Marvene Farr Bice. Mr. Bice graduated from Paulding County High School in 1996, where he excelled in football and basketball. He was loved by all who knew him and voted Mr. PCHS his senior year. His passion for sports continued on into his son Blaiseâs football and baseball endeavors, coaching his sonâs teams for years and was very much loved by his players. Mr. Bice owned and operated New Georgia Signs Company. He loved helping others, fishing, hunting, reading his bible and attending church at Happy Valley Baptist Church. He worked hard and was a great father and husband.He is survived by his wife, Jenifer Alyse Shevlin Bice of Dallas; sons, William Blaise Bice and Jayson Brett Bice of Dallas; mother, Marvene Farr Bice of Villa Rica; sisters and brothers-in-law, Deanne and Cooper Cochran of Dallas, Shara and Robbie Barron of Douglasville; nieces and nephews, Breanna Bice, Madison Bice, Riley Mayes, Cate Cochran, Peyton Fuller, and Avery Shevlin; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Beverly and James Rose of Douglasville; brother and sister-in-law, Ryan and Rebecca Shevlin of Carrollton; sister, Lindsay Fuller of Douglasville; several extended family also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Villa Rica, Friday, March 22, 2019, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, March 23, 2019, at 11:00 AM at Happy Valley Baptist Church in Villa Rica with Rev. Eddie Wyatt and Rev. Jerry Hollis officiating. Interment will follow at Melrose Hills Memorial Park.
