Joseph Tinsley

Mr. Joseph Carlton Tinsley, Sr., age 98, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at his residence. He was born August 3, 1914 in New York, New York the son of the late Mr. Joseph Tinsley and the late Mrs. Agnes Fitzpatrick Tinsley. He served in the United States Army during World War II and he retired from the New York Police Department.
