Joyce A. Skinner

Mrs. Joyce Anne Jackson Skinner, age 64, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2010 at residence in Villa Rica from an extended illness. She was born November 28, 1945 to the late Mr. Elex Hugh Jackson and Mrs. Georgia Mildred Baker Wilson. She was a homemaker. In addition to her father she is preceded in death by daughter Samantha Lynn Stewart. She is survived by her son, Randy Eugene Skinner of Tallapoosa; mother, Georgia Mildred Baker Wilson of Villa Rica; sisters and brothers-in-law, Faye and Tom Waldrep of Villa Rica, Marie Harper of Villa Rica, Louise Tallant of Mississippi, Barbara and Wayne Thompson of Villa Rica; brothers and sister-in-law Arthur and Sue Grant of Florida, Dwight Jackson of Oklahoma; nine grandchildren, Diane, Becky, Randall, David, Chris, Michael, Tasha, Zachary Skinner and Amanda Thompson; four great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Rev. Johnny Simpson officiating. Internment will follow at Melrose Memorial Gardens in Villa Rica.
