June Morris

Mrs. June Roberts Morris, age 86 of Douglasville, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2018. She was born January 15, 1932 in Austell, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Loyd William Roberts and the late Mrs. Sibyl Ruth Cato. She was a member of Lithia Springs First Baptist Church where she was a faithful worker. She was a devoted member of The Ruth Sunday School Class. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband J.W. Morris; brother, Charles Roberts of Austell.She is survived by her sons and daughter-in laws, Kenneth and Gail Morris of Winston, Scott and Cheryl Morris of Winston, and Randy and Teresa Morris of Douglasville; grandchildren, Joseph and Mandy Morris, Eric Morris, Mindy and Tim Savidge, Jennifer and Jeremy McKinzey, Jessica and Michael Carrodus, Staff Sergeant Randall and Misty Morris, Michelle and Jeffery Satterwhite, and Katy Morris, eighteen great - great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville Thursday September 27, 2018 from 5:00PM until 8:00PM. Funeral services will be conducted at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Friday, September 28, 2018 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Kevin McKoy officiating.
